The Jewel Jog is not just for runners!  Do you prefer to walk? Perfect!  You are Team Turtle! Do you like to run?  Awesome!  You are Team Hare!

Two teams, one cause! Walk, run, skip, hop, or crawl, but don't miss this fun event!

Please complete the registration form below. After you submit your application, you'll be prompted to complete your $20 payment.

5K Registration

  • Early registration for walkers and runners is $20 through May 19. May 20 through June 8, registration for adults will be $25. Children riding in a stroller are free.

  • Your Jewel Jog Challenge

    Raise $50 in pledges/donations and receive an exclusive Jewel Jog T-shirt! When you raise $500 or more in pledges/donations you'll receive a custom-designed Jewel sweatshirt and exclusive Jewel Jog T-shirt!

  • Are you connected with a business, organization, or church as part of this event? If so, please tell us which one.
    By checking the box above, in consideration of the acceptance of the entry, I hereby waive/release any and all rights or claims for damage or injuries against the spectators, officers, and staff of Jewel Women's Center/Pregnancy Center of Schuylkill County - an affiliate of Care Net; race officials; the municipalities through which the 'Run' takes place; as well as any other person connected with the 'Run', their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and families or for any and all injuries which I may suffer while taking part in the 'Run' or as a result thereof; and agree to be bound by the rules of the sanctioning organizations, the USA Track & Field Assoc., Inc.
    By checking the box above, I give permission for Jewel to use photos of me in social media and future 5K promotional materials.
